Living in the village of La Roche-Vineuse at the foot of the rocky outcrops of the Mâconnais, Olivier and Corinne Merlin are passionately devoted to their craft and to the terroirs of the Mâconnais and Beaujolais from which they make their wines.

2009: splendid promise

Exceptionally fine reds and magnificent
whites - just a few weeks after the 2009 harvest, Olivier and Corinne Merlin
have total confidence in the quality of the new vintage.


The 2009 harvest went off without
incident. Picking took place under a smiling sky and the grapes came home
well-ripened and perfectly healthy.

Jean-Charles Fabre, a new member of the team

This summer Jean-Charles Fabre has joined
the Merlin domaine, replacing Frantz Chagnoleau. Alongside Olivier, he will
overseeing elevage from first vinification to bottling. Highly qualified,
Jean-Charles Fabre hails from the department of Loire.
