Beautiful green-gold colour.
Nose with notes of flowers, peach, and pear.
In the mouth, the terroir's minerality gives an agreeable freshness.
A very elegant wine with a long mouth finish

Clay-limestone soil of the Middle and Lower Bajocian, and Upper Aalenian (limestone with inclusions).

Picking by hand
Vinification
Direct pressing, gentle settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (¼ new, ¼ 1 year old, ¼ 2 years old, ¼ 3 years old).
18 months' elevage in barrel.
Racking and light filtration prior to bottling. No fining.
