Tasting notes
Fine pale gold colour.
Powerful nose with notes of white flowers (mayflower) and vanilla.
The mouth has the classic complexity and fatness of its appellation. Its fullness is immediately pleasing.
Best drunk at 2-6 years old.

18 months' elevage in barrel.
Racking and light filtration before bottling.
No fining.
