Tasting notes
Attractive pale gold colour.
Nose evokes buttery aromas and toasted almond.
In the mouth the very pronounced minerality of the soil gives great purity (gun-flint). Splendid finish, long, persistent.

Vinification
Direct pressing, gentle settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (¼  new. ¼ 1 year old, ¼ 2 years old, ¼ 3 years old).
18 months' elevage in barrel.
Racking, and gentle filtration before bottling.
No fining.
