Tasting notes
Beautiful greeny-gold colour.
Very expressive nose with a hint of muscat grape, on the exotic side.
In the mouth, the wine is pleasing, smooth, with a nicely mineral finish.

Quaternary clay-limestone soil (Middle Bathonian)

Altitude: 220 m

Picking by hand
Soil working, no herbicides.
Vinification
Direct pressing, gentle settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (¼ new, ¼ 1 year old, ¼ 2 years old, ¼ 3 years old).
18 months' elevage in barrel.
Racking, then light filtration before bottling.
No fining.
