Fine greeny-gold colour.
A hint of muscat grapes in the nose with notes of exotic fruits.
Good balance in the mouth, rich dense body.
Very good persistence.

Soil working
Vinification
Direct pressing, gentle settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (1/5 new, 1/5 1 year old, 1/5 2 years old, 1/5 3 years old, 1/5 4 years old).
Elevage lasts 11 months in barrel followed by 3 months in stainless steel vats.
Racking and light filtration followed by bottling.
No fining.
