Bourgogne Aujourd'hui No 75

Since 1992 Olivier Merlin and his wife Corinne have managed a domaine of 6.5 hectares and regularly produce cuvées of very high quality, Those mentioned here are no exception. Their style is rich and full with no loss of balance.

Pouilly-Fuissé Terroir de Fuissé 2005 (3 bunches)

Complex nose revealing notes of vanilla, bracken, and ripeness. In the mouth meaty and firm with a well-restrained woodiness. A wine of character which yet which can be drunk for pure pleasure.

Pouilly-Fuissé Clos des Quarts 2005 (2 bunches)

Handsome nose of yellow fruits wrapped in a delicate woodiness. In the mouth, luscious, velvety, with a clean, precise finish which yet retains its unctuosity.
